Honour Ugs'tqamu. Empower Our Future.
Honour Ugs'tqamu. Empower Our Future.
Netukulimk 🔊 is an essential teaching for the Mi'kma'ki 🔊 people, guiding how to live in harmony with Ugs'tqamu 🔊 (Mother Earth), where Spirit guides the heart, mind, and actions. It shapes our relationship with all living beings and the rhythms of Ugs'tqamu. Netukulimk begins when we learn to weave respect, responsibility, relationship, and reciprocity into every part of life—into all we do to and on ugs'tqamu.
At Mi’kma’ki Energy, our mission is simple yet urgent: HONOUR UGS'TQAMU. EMPOWER OUR FUTURE.
Rooted in the Mi’kmaq worldview and guided by the principle of Netukulimk, Mi’kma’ki Energy is an Indigenous-owned clean energy company dedicated to advancing utility-scale renewable energy projects in partnership with the Mi’kmaq First Nation.
